These terms describe the limited, personal-use purpose of Chiming Workspace Connector.
1. Personal-use service
Chiming Workspace Connector is private software operated by Chiming Wang to connect Google accounts controlled by or personally known to the operator with a self-hosted Hermes Agent installation. It is not a public software service, marketplace application, or commercial offering.
2. Authorized use
Only the operator and accounts the operator has explicitly authorized may use the connector. The connector may be used only for lawful personal automation and user-directed tasks. Attempts to access the connector, its credentials, or connected data without authorization are prohibited.
3. Google services
Use of connected Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Chiming Workspace Connector is independently operated and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
4. Availability and changes
The connector may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features and connected services may change as the operator's personal workflows evolve.
5. No warranty
The connector is provided for the operator's personal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted.
7. Access and termination
Authorization may be refused or revoked at any time. A connected account can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections.
8. Contact
Support questions can be directed to the user-support contact displayed on the connector's Google OAuth authorization screen.
